BeginDress is an AI virtual try-on service. Questions about using it, billing and refunds, and requests about your personal data all start here. We reply in Traditional Chinese; English messages are welcome and we do our best to answer in English.

Email: welsen@begindress.com. Please write from the email address you sign in to BeginDress with, so we can tell it is your account. For a question about one try-on, include the record's name or time.
Hours and scope
We reply by email only; there is no phone support. Messages are answered in turn on working days.
Billing and refunds
A plan is charged monthly and can be cancelled any time on My plan. How to cancel and when a payment is refunded are in Cancelling and refunds. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, write to us with the date and amount of the payment and we will look into it.
Your data and deleting your account
To see, correct or delete your data, or delete your whole account, write from the email address you sign in with; we handle it and reply within 30 days. The details are in the Privacy Policy, under “What you can manage and delete”.
Photos and moderation
If someone uploaded a photo of you without your consent, or you think a photo of yours was wrongly stopped by moderation, write to us too.
